Teen Tune up with a CNS

1 time appointment 

Suggested tests may include the MRT, Nutreval/Metabolomix or GI map and will be suggested in the free 15 minute consultation.

1.5 hour session

Does your teen need an adjustment? Attitude or otherwise!? 

Explore how optimizing your teens diet and making a few minor, easy adjustments can ease your child's challenges with digestion, acne, hormones, mood and sleep.

We will also make optimal medication/supplement suggestions where necessary.

The NGI Membership

All active patients will have a monthly access fee in lieu of billable hours. 

Monthly Cost

$40/Month

Discounted: $400/Year if paid in full

Cost is per adult member; each dependent under 26 years of age is an additional $10/month


Predictable cost billed monthly on the date of initiation, thus no surprise charges for billable hours

Ensures stress free communication so you don't have to worry about the cost of asking questions pertaining to your care

Covers time spent during portal messaging, email messaging and short phone calls with all NGI staff including Dr. Chrissie

*If phone calls or messaging responses demand excessive input, appointments will be requested.

Includes access to our wellness platform where you can be assigned a variety of diet and lifestyle programs and data tracking services
