As with diet and inflammation, there are genes that determine what type of exercise is ideal for weight loss. In this section of the panel we discover if you are ideally suited for endurance sports like marathons or if your body is more suited for weightlifting. In some cases, excessive high intensity sports result in further inflammation and may actually be inhibiting your weight loss! In other cases, you may have genes that pre-determine excessive bulking for heavy weightlifting. Prescription cost may be Included in certain cases: $1000/month for 3-6 months (prior approval required)

Prescription cost not included (typical process): $800/month for 3-6 months

This includes: Medical doctor and nutrition initial consultations, monthly lab reviews, labs covered by insurance, appointments qualify for insurance reimbursement, prior authorization assistance and bi-weekly nutrition support.

Month 1: $629 -What is covered: Genome kit ordered via NGI, Blood Chemistry Panel*, Nutreval and CNS Initial Consultation

Months 2-5: $599/month - What is covered: 3, 60 min nutrition appointments, 12, 15 minute weekly check in's; Optimal You Genome Panel

*May include CBC, CMB, insulin, etc. Your CNS will determine if your previous bloodwork will suffice and what additional bloodwork is required based on your Initial Consultation
