During this comprehensive 2-hour appointment with Dr. Chrissie, she will conduct a detailed review of your family history, dietary habits, previous lab results, environmental exposures, as well as epigenetic and phenomic data. Based on this thorough assessment, Dr. Chrissie will provide personalized recommendations for further testing, including genome panels, as well as introductory guidance on diet, lifestyle, and supplementation. Please note that appointments with Dr. Chrissie are available by referral only, ensuring that you receive specialized care tailored to your unique
health needs.

Dr. Chrissie Follow Up/Hourly Rate
Dr. Chrissie's typical schedule involves an initial appointment, followed by a testing review appointment, a genome panel review, and then regular follow-up appointments every 6 months. Depending on your specific health needs, Dr. Chrissie may refer you to the nutrition team for diet implementation or the GenMedx medical team for medical care. Dr. Chrissie plays a central role in managing your overall care, acting as the "quarterback" by identifying the root cause of your health issues and coordinating the appropriate providers, all within one practice for seamless care coordination. Please note that lab review before your appointment will be billed on the quarter hour for accurate billing.

Senior Advanced Genomic Certified Nutrition Specialist Initial Consultation
During this thorough 1.5-hour appointment, Michelle will conduct a comprehensive review of your family history, dietary habits, previous lab results, and environmental exposures. Following this in-depth assessment, they will provide personalized recommendations for further testing, including genome panels, as well as introductory guidance on diet, lifestyle, and supplementation. Your health and well-being are our top priority, and our experienced practitioners will develop a customized plan based on your unique needs and goals.

The scheduling frequency for CNS appointments may vary depending on the provider, with shorter appointment times typically ranging from 30 to 90 minutes. These appointments are specifically designed for diet implementation, genome review, and laboratory explanation, providing comprehensive care to address your health needs. Our goal is to provide you with personalized and effective care that takes into account your unique circumstances.

Based on this comprehensive assessment, she will provide expert recommendations for further testing, including cardiovascular and hormone genome panels, as well as personalized guidance on diet, lifestyle, and supplementation. Lisa's approach integrates a holistic understanding of your health, taking into account multiple factors to develop a comprehensive plan tailored to your unique needs.
Initial: $375; Follow up: $175/hour

Does your teen need an adjustment? Attitude or otherwise!? Explore how optimizing your teens diet and making a few minor, easy adjustments can ease your child's challenges with digestion, acne, hormones, mood and sleep.
We will also make optimal medication/supplement suggestions where necessary.
